Orders are shipped via DHL.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a confirmation email including your tracking link.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending the item back.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
In cases of withdrawal without reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
